The Associate Director of Marketing and Brand Integration creates, manages, and integrates strategic marketing and advertising concepts, campaigns, and materials that strengthen and advance the awareness and reputation of the University of Richmond across a range of target audiences and industry influencers. The position also manages partnerships with key campus constituents to identify and execute strategically chosen and highly collaborative projects that deeply integrate the University’s brand identity and drive increased institutional reputation and engagement with the University’s multiple audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, public relations, English, and/or related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in a professional creative team environment, including direct experience in marketing and brand strategy, copy direction, content development, and integrated communications
