Individual Awards Submission Extended through July 15; Judges Needed for Georgia Awards

Individual Awards Submission Extended through July 15

We have extended our deadline for PRSA Richmond’s individual awards through July 15 – and they are free to enter!

Do you know a seasoned PR practitioner who has made amazing contributions to the profession? Is that person you?

We’re on the hunt for the 2022 Excellence in Public Relations Award recipient! The chapter’s highest honor exemplifies the best in the business and is selected each year by a panel of their peers. Check out the criteria.

We’re also looking to recognize an outstanding new member of the public relations profession who has five or fewer years of experience in PR for the 2022 Rising Star Award.

Rising Star recipients are practitioners who jumped into the profession with both feet — doing incredible work, seeking out learning and mentorship opportunities, and immediately looking for ways to get involved and give back.

Submit your nominations for either award by July 15.

Judges Needed for PRSA Georgia Awards

PRSA Richmond is partnering with PRSA Georgia to judge entries for our respective awards programs this year and we need your help! Interested? Please fill out this form. We greatly appreciate your time, expertise and willingness to serve your peers.

Everything is automated and electronic; you can complete judging at your own pace. Prospective judges with five or more years of experience are preferred, as well as those who have earned accreditation (APR).

Participation offers opportunities to learn from your peers, keep your skills sharp, gain ideas and insights to make your own award entries stronger, and earn credit toward maintaining your APR, if applicable.

The main judging window runs from August 1-26. Additional judging for Georgia’s best-of awards will take place the first week of September.
