PRSA Richmond Announces 2027 Slate of Officers
PRSA Richmond has announced its 2027 Slate of Officers. The PRSA Richmond membership will vote on the slate of officers to lead next year’s board of directors at the September 16 luncheon program. New officers will be installed at our November luncheon.

President: Amy Steinmann

President: Amy Steinmann
Amy has nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare, government and nonprofit communications. She's principal at Halbrooke & Elm Strategic Communications, where she helps organizations plan and implement communications strategies that build trust and establish thought leadership. She holds a master's degree in strategic public relations from Virginia Commonwealth University and a bachelor's in communication from Virginia Tech. She served as president-elect in 2026.
President-Elect: Madilynne Tanner
Madilynne is a communications supervisor at the Virginia Department of Social Services. She's a graduate of Virginia Tech's School of Communication with a B.A. and M.A. in public relations. She also serves as an adjunct instructor at Virginia Commonwealth University and Brightpoint Community College. She has previously served PRSA Richmond as first vice president of professional development and second vice president of awards.
First Vice President of Professional Development: Stephanie Pryor
Stephanie is the founder of Spry P, an award-winning public relations, social media, and content agency based in Richmond. She's a graduate of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. She served as PRSA Richmond's treasurer in 2026.
Second Vice President of Awards: Heidi Wilson, APR
Heidi founded HWILSONPR, a PR and brand consulting practice established in 2008 that helps small businesses, nonprofits and entrepreneurs build their brands. She has taught mass communications and public relations at Virginia Union University, Virginia Commonwealth University and Newberry College. She served as PRSA Richmond's individual award and judging chair in 2026.
Third Vice President of Membership: Michaela Mishoe Raoufi
Raoufi is a media and external engagement specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. A Northern Virginia native, she's a VCU graduate who studied mass communications with a concentration in public relations. She served as PRSA Richmond's secretary in 2026.
Treasurer: Andrea Siebentritt
Andrea is the senior communications manager at VPM. She's an experienced communications director with a background spanning nonprofit, technology, hospital and community healthcare sectors, including several years at the American Cancer Society. She served as PRSA Richmond's first vice president of professional development in 2026.
Secretary: Hannah Robinson
Hannah is a senior account executive at The Hodges Partnership, handling media relations, community relations and content marketing for clients including Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU, Kroger Mid-Atlantic and Mercy Chefs. She has a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and was the recipient of PRSA Richmond’s Rising Star Award in 2021. She served as third vice president of membership in 2026.
President-Emeritus: Kenita Matthews, APR
Kenita B. Matthews, APR is a results-driven public relations practitioner with over 20 years of experience. She has been working as a communications consultant over the last several years and recently joined ERM in 2023 as a Principal Consultant for Strategic Communications & Stakeholder Engagement. Kenita holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Media – Broadcast Journalism from Hampton University and a Master of Arts degree in Public Relations from Norfolk State University. She has been an active member of PRSA since 2013, having previously served on the board for the Hampton Roads chapter and as Chair of the PRSA Mid-Atlantic District Board. Kenita’s service on the PRSA Richmond Board includes Director-at-Large, First Vice President of Professional Development, Treasurer, Third Vice President of Membership, and member of the DEI committee.
